The Idea
The company was founded by Ian Pang and Yuemei Zhang in 1994. Yuemei Zhang graduated from The Central Fine Arts Academy in Beijing and started her artist career during 1988 in the United States. She has been leading the company into a new horizon of products. Eastern Arts Connection, Inc. offers about 200 fine paper including silks, satin brocade, grass, bamboo, jute, linen, handmade Shuen (rice paper) and decorative designed gift paper in addition to carrying a line of paper stationery and Oriental art supplies.
